CORIM Solutions, publisher and integrator of CMMS solutions for 25 years, is looking for a functional support employee to assist its user customers.

Based near Grenoble, Corim solutions, a company of 40 people, has a human dimension, respects its employees and aims for sustainability as much as performance.

After training in our solutions, you provide support to our users. You take charge of the tickets to qualify them, analyze them and provide solutions. This can cover customer callback as well as screen sharing to better understand and respond. You are in contact with the consultants who have deployed the solutions on the sites, when the customer's context is preponderant in handling the ticket.
You qualify the tickets outside of your competence, for transfer to the development department in the event of bugs, or to the department which manages the Corim datacenter, for customers hosted by Corim solutions.

You have a great spirit of service. You are gifted with excellent listening skills. You know how to conduct a diagnosis.

You have a minimum bac + 2 level. This position may be suitable for people of various backgrounds, especially motivated by the desire to achieve in a service profession.

Fluency in English would be a plus for overseas customers.
